Privacy & Data Protection
Discretion as clinical infrastructure.
Privacy at this level of care is a design requirement of the entire clinical system, not an amenity added to it. This summary describes our approach; a full notice is provided to clients in writing.
Data we hold
We hold identity and contact details, clinical history, diagnostic results, imaging, and physiological data you choose to share. Nothing beyond what is clinically necessary is collected.
Purpose and lawful basis
Clinical data is processed to provide medical care and, where consented, to inform preventive planning. Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request.
Storage and access
Records are held on encrypted infrastructure within the European Union, segregated by client, and access-audited. Access is limited to clinicians involved in your care.
Third parties
Accredited laboratories and imaging partners process specimens and scans under contract. We do not sell data and never share it for marketing.
Retention and deletion
Clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable medical law. Non-clinical data is deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or erasure of your data at any time by contacting our clinical office.
