Longitudinal data and clinical judgement

Dr Léa Fontaine, Head of Clinical Informatics · 9 May 2026 · 8 min

A personal health model is a structured representation of one individual: their genome, their measured biology over time, their imaging, their physiology, their history. Held together in a knowledge graph, relationships become visible that no single report reveals.

Our clinical intelligence layer surfaces patterns, flags deviations from an individual's own baseline, and assembles the evidence relevant to a decision. It does not make the decision. Every recommendation is authored, reviewed and signed by a physician who knows the person concerned.

This division of labour is deliberate. Computation is excellent at consistency and recall across large volumes of data; clinical judgement is irreplaceable in weighing context, values and risk tolerance. Keeping both in their proper roles is what makes the system trustworthy.
